These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Country Feeling Uniform website and your relationship with Country Feeling Uniform Pty Ltd. Please read this page carefully. 1. Registration, Password and security
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
You must inform us of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details. If information is not updated and delivery occurs to the incorrect address, then a redirection fee will be charged.
When you register to use the Site you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting us.
If Country Feeling Uniform Limited has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Site, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.

2. Promotional offers
Certain offers are only available for a limited period and while stocks last. If your order is received after the offer period or the goods are no longer available at the offer price, we will notify you before we dispatch the goods.
There is no return or refunds on promotional offers.

Country Feeling Uniform Product Terms
Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which Country Feeling Uniform Pty Ltd makes the products available to you ("Product Terms").
Prices All orders shipped within Australia are inclusive of GST. Products sent outside Australia may incur duty and other countries VAT taxes and the the purchaser is responsible for these additional costs. If you place an order outside Australia, where the goods may be subject to tax/duty and you refuse to pay the tax/duty and/or any other charges on delivery or attempted delivery of goods ordered, resulting in the goods being returned or destroyed,Country Feeling Uniform Pty Ltd will not refund the goods or shipping charges.
Payment is made strictly with the order. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you.

Acceptance
The purchase contract is made on ordering and paying for the goods and delivery. You will be charged for the goods and delivery when you place your order. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until you have purchased the goods. Up until payment, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment the goods and delivery are paid for (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.

Returns of items
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. Products can be returned if they are damaged within transit. We do not accept returns if you have simply changed your mind. As long as the product has not been opened and the factory seals remain unbroken, we will consider a credit. Customer service is available by email. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us but must be made within 7 days of purchase date.
Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within three (3) days of receipt of the goods.

Cancellation and changes
Please notify cancellation and changes to your order by using our using our email form. If your order has not been processed then it will be possible to cancel or amend the order as requested. However if the order has been processed and despatched, then additional freight charges will apply for additions to the order and cancellations are not possible. Please note that the shipping fees will not be refunded.

Payment
You can pay by any Mastercard or Visa credit card, or Direct Deposit. Your credit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Payment must be given at the time of placing your order.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items unless you have chosen the incorrect shipping option.
